Solar lanterns donated to soccer facilities and families in the Mandalay area.

As part of recovery support measures following the major earthquake in the Mandalay-Sagaing region of Myanmar on March 28, we donated 12 solar lanterns, which were deemed to be in high demand and urgently feasible in the area, using donations collected in Japan. These lanterns were then donated to soccer-related facilities and the families involved in their operation.

As of early May, recovery efforts were still far from complete, with buildings remaining collapsed (unusable, forcing residents to live in tents on adjacent properties), and daily life still not back to normal. However, the light from the lanterns was used to maintain a safe living environment at night and for learning, and we received smiles and expressions of gratitude from the local people.

We express our sincere gratitude to everyone involved with Myanmar who has cooperated and supported us. Thank you very much.
