Through sports, we aim to pass on the importance of having dreams and hope to children around the world who will shape the future, and to develop businesses that promote friendship, peace, and the realization of dreams among people.
Together with volunteers from all over the world, we are carefully and continuously organizing this event.

Yuji Matsushita
Having spent his childhood in West Germany, he had a formative experience of overcoming language barriers through soccer. He worked in international business at JCB for 22 years, deepening exchanges with Myanmar and other ASEAN regions, and realizing the potential of human connections that transcend national borders. Subsequently, he led global business from the ground up at SB Payment Service.
Drawing on his experiences traveling the world and his childhood dream, he founded Global Bridge Plus in 2021. He continues to create opportunities for children from around the world to connect through soccer.

Masaharu Ito
Chairman of the Mitaka City Football Association. Worked for JCB, a credit card company, for 34 years, holding various positions in the risk management department.
I took early retirement and transitioned to a life 100% dedicated to soccer.
In addition to serving as an officer in local football associations in Mitaka City and the surrounding Tama area, he continues to play as a senior football player in leagues such as the Tokyo League, Mitaka City League, and Chofu City League.

Keisuke Haga
Representative of Growth Myanmar and Growth Bangladesh. Operates car rental, hotel, and restaurant businesses in both countries. Started his business in Myanmar alone in his early 30s.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when his own children no longer had anyone to play with, he started playing soccer with them, and at the age of 43, he began playing soccer seriously.
He originally enjoyed baseball as a hobby and even has experience as a coach for the Myanmar national team.

Akihisa Semura
Based in Okinawa, I am involved in the soccer school business and have developed a program specializing in the education of youth players.
At Zelva Soccer School, we practice character education based on the principle of "We don't guarantee success, but we promise growth."
Based on his coaching experience with Real Madrid Japan, he provides coaching that is directly applicable to matches.
Currently, we are promoting educational projects in Southeast Asia, primarily in Vietnam, and are spreading Japanese training methods globally.

Lately, I've been enjoying using AI to automate things and create creative content.

Yosuke Setoyama
Certified Public Accountant and Administrative Scrivener. Previously worked at a major domestic auditing and tax accounting firm, engaging in audits and consulting for a wide range of companies. Since 2014, has been based in Yangon, Myanmar.
He is a leading expert in cross-border projects, particularly in supporting Japanese companies entering the Asian market, especially in Myanmar, and overseeing accounting and tax matters.
Starting in 2026, he will also serve as an executive at a due diligence specialist company in Japan, leading the healthy growth of organizations from a multifaceted perspective as a global governance expert connecting Japan and Asia.
